Privacy policy

Finder searches

The Finder sends the model, part number, and other component identifiers you enter to our lookup service to return a result. It does not require an account, accept payments, or store a search history in its application database. Do not enter names, addresses, payment details, or other personal information in the Finder.

A search term may appear in the page address, your browser history, and normal hosting or security logs. We do not intentionally log Finder request bodies or use your searches to create advertising profiles.

Cloudflare hosting and security

Cloudflare provides hosting, content delivery, security, and the database containing our parts catalog. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request information, which may include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information, and security events. Operational metrics and logs help diagnose errors, detect abuse, and keep the service available.

We also use sampled server-side traces to understand request timing and database operations. Query strings are redacted from Workers observability records. This does not remove a search term from your browser address or history, or from every other hosting or security record.

Cloudflare controls retention of its infrastructure and security records under its service settings and policies. We do not promise that a hosting provider removes every record immediately. Cloudflare may process information in countries other than your own; its privacy policy explains its processing and safeguards.

Contact email

If you email contact@bedpartmatch.com, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to the site operator’s mailbox. Routing and mailbox providers process the message to deliver and store it.

We use correspondence to address website questions, source corrections, and privacy requests. Messages are kept only as needed for that purpose, relevant follow-up, security, or legal obligations. This is a purpose-based retention policy, not an automatic fixed-day deletion schedule. You can request deletion using the same contact address; records required for unresolved issues or legal obligations may need to be retained.

Do not send sensitive personal documents or payment details. The contact address is not an individual part-identification, repair, or order-support service.

Cookies and analytics

The site application does not set cookies or use browser storage to track visitors. Fonts and site assets are served from this website. Cloudflare may use necessary security cookies when a protection feature requires them.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is active. Cloudflare adds a browser beacon to measure page views and loading performance, reporting metrics to this website’s /cdn-cgi/rum endpoint. We use these aggregate metrics to understand site usage and reliability, not to build advertising profiles or track people across other websites. Google Analytics is not installed.

Google Search Console is not yet connected. The site owner may later use it to review search visibility and crawl reports. DNS ownership verification does not add a tracking script to this website.

Advertising, consent, and affiliate links

Google AdSense is disabled. We do not currently load advertising code, serve personalized ads, or load a consent-management platform. Affiliate links are not currently active.

Before enabling advertising or tracking that requires consent, we will update this policy and provide the applicable choices using Google Privacy & Messaging or a Google-certified consent-management platform. If affiliate links are introduced, eligible links will be disclosed and the relevant retailer or network may process referral information.

External websites and your requests

Source and retailer links lead to independent websites with their own privacy practices. Their policies apply when you visit them. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

For a privacy question or a request to access, correct, or delete information you supplied, email contact@bedpartmatch.com. We may need enough information to confirm that the request relates to you. Requests are handled according to applicable law and any necessary retention obligations.
