How to find your adjustable bed remote model number

The useful number is the one attached to your exact handset. A family name, store SKU, and program code can describe different parts of its identity.

1. Inspect the external label

Look at the back of the remote and, if its normal user-accessible battery cover opens, the label area there. Follow the manufacturer’s handling instructions. Do not dismantle the handset to obtain a number.

2. Copy the field names as well as the values

Keep Model, Part No., FCC ID, and any revision fields on separate lines. For a code such as RC-WM-110-003.2, retain the decimal suffix. A store reference such as Rio SKU 68003562 should be labeled as a store SKU rather than assumed to appear on the handset.

3. Preserve the details that distinguish candidates

RF400A and RF400B remain different identities. HJH173 alone covers several recorded part identifiers. If only the family is readable, keep the query partial rather than copying a number from a similar-looking listing.

4. Use the base or box when the label is missing

Record the exact base model and control-box label from the same bed. The Finder may have a documented base application or system pair. If it still returns Unknown, collect the specific missing field; do not choose the closest candidate by appearance.
